Client Reviews
“After speaking with Garrett Condon he gave me hope. Without promising anything, he walked me through the process, provided facts, and odds that were in my favor and against me. He was very patient and informative on the UCMJ. More so than military lawyers. In the end he won my case flawlessly. I was able to return to my normal life thanks to him. Also worthy mention that my court martial took place overseas and he had no problem flying there at a very reasonable cost to me. Furthermore, several people that witness the court martial asked for his contact information to include my former CC. I hope that I’m never in this situation again, but if I am I’m calling Garrett Condon!” – Military Client

Sexual Assault. Garrett has litigated many sexual assault cases, both as a court-martial prosecutor and defense counsel. In addition to his extensive courtroom experience in cases of sexual assault, Garrett fully understands the politics of these cases - and this can often be just as important for a military member accused of sexual assault. Stationed at the Air Force Academy from 2002 to 2005, Garrett Condon witnessed first-hand the early parts of the sexual assault legal revolution in the military. He assisted with the Academy Response Team, which was a prototype of what would later grow into DoD Sexual Assault Response Program (SAPR). He was also stationed at the Pentagon from 2010 to 2013 at the time of substantial revisions being made to the UCMJ, including the curtailment of clemency power by the convening authority and the expansion of military counsel made available to certain victims. More than in any other type of offense, having the right defense attorney if charged with sexual assault can mean the difference between being exonerated and facing lifelong consequences of a sexual crime conviction including length confinement, being discharged from the military, and having to register as a sexual offender.
Drugs. Garrett has litigated many drugs cases, both as a court-martial prosecutor and defense counsel. Drugs at issue have included cocaine, marijuana, heroin, ecstasy, and prescription drugs like Oxycodone and Xanax. His extensive experience has made him very knowledgeable in how to litigate toxicology issues (drug testing) and has effectively cross examined experts from drug testing laboratories.
Theft and Fraud. Garrett has litigated many theft and fraud cases, both as a court-martial prosecutor and defense counsel. Cases have included dorm theft, military property theft, writing hot checks, and credit card theft, but have also included DITY fraud and pay and allowance fraud cases. The latter cases require greater knowledge of DFAS, administrative law and the Joint Travel Regulations.
Violent Crimes and Death Cases. Garrett has litigated many cases involving violent crimes and homicide, both as a court-martial prosecutor and defense counsel. Charges have included negligent homicide, aggravated assault with a firearm, assault and battery, and physical abuse on a child.
