Ashley Moran was born and raised in Baton Rouge. She attended St. Joseph's Academy for high school, followed by two years at Louisiana State University.
Ashley worked for over two years at a residential foreclosure and debt collection law firm, first focusing on debt collection, followed by title curative. She then moved to a title company where she worked doing residential closings. She later returned to the foreclosure industry, landing a job as a title curative paralegal at Butler & Hosch prior to coming on board at Condon, Wood & Burkhart.
Over the course of her six years in the debt collection and title fields, Ashley has managed hundreds of title issues of every sort. She has regularly filed title claims, prepared affidavits and other legal documents, conducted judgment debtor examinations. and prepared final title packages and title insurance for clients. She is experienced in title abstract review.
In her free time, Ashley and her husband enjoy playing competitive beach volleyball. She is an avid LSU football fan.
